Ed Vargas is the director of cider production and mastermind behind all the flavors and varieties of Brownhoist Cider. He works full-time as a criminal defense attorney, but hopefully, with your patronage, not for much longer.

Brownhoist Cider Company was established in 2021 by two “former” attorneys who are passionate about entertaining, events, and great cider.
